Service Project Details

A Zero Waste Concordia initiative that diverts food waste using small scale composting methods such as vermicomposting and composting tumblers. We will be diverting food waste from on-campus initiatives such as the Hive, the People’s Potato, le Frigo vert, and Reggies, in an effort to localize compost production and to reduce Concordia’s carbon footprint! We also plan to host workshops throughout the semester aimed to teach students how to compost!
