Support the Community Bike Shop

Le Petit Velo Rouge (LPVR) aims to provide a safe, accessible, inclusive, and affordable bike repair facility for Loyola students and residents of NDG. This includes building safe and reliable bikes and selling them to the community at an affordable price. LPVR is a by-and-for volunteer community space, receiving some coordination support and access to campus space from Concordia University. 

No skills are previous knowledge are required. Just a passion for sustainable transport and a willingness to learn!  

 

Come volunteer at the community bike shop at Loyola Campus! We're open all year round. No bike mechanics experience required! 
During shifts, volunteers can assist with:
• Dismantling old bikes
• Building up bikes for resale
• Developing storage and organization solutions
• Assisting shop visitors with bike repairs
• Managing the Point-of-Sales system
• Assisting with social media
